BE PERSONABLE , content created should feel connectable to customers and not only be rehearsed ads with paid professionals ,thought should be given to adding customer feedback videos ,encourage customers to send videos or written feedback and turn those into informative content ,thank your customers with rewards such as gift cards.
Transparency- customers' will value a company that has integrity. For example being transparent about the sourcing of materials that your company uses or the ergonomics of where and the treatment of who is making and packaging your products will remedy any concerns customer have about supporting your business.
No Spam- spam is the enemy of any business that strives to be successful as all it does is create an annoyance associated with your business thus customers with actively ignore it at first glance.
Don't be a Bore - find intriguing ways to convey what your business is offering, instead of the customer seeing that your 'SELLING' something ,let them see it as you're 'OFFERING' them something that the need or want.
